History

Nihon Emulsion has walking with customers though the suppling nonionic surfactants, since our foundation in 1950. We would like to introduce our history with looking back on the half century.

Started operation at the place of current Headquarters Focused on the characteristics of polyoxyethylene ether type nonionic surfactants and started manufacturing "EMALEX 100 series","500 series","600 series".
		Operation of Omiya Factory started.
Put forward "The effective formulation development using the Organic Conceptual Diagram"
		Production of ether-ester type surfactants "GWIS series" and "RWIS series" started.
Started research and development amino acid based surfactants. Purchased 11,000㎡ of land in Sayama.
		Obtained a patent for amino acid based surfactant "AMITER" with AJINOMOTO CO.,LTD.
Operation of Sayama Factory started. Production of amino acid based surfactants "AMITER" and "PYROTER" started.
		Removing from Omiya to Sayama was completed. Obtained a patent for amino acid based surfactant "PYROTER" with AJINOMOTO CO.,LTD.
Built current Headquarters was completed.
		Stated production of amino acid based emollient "AMITER MA-HD".
Dangerous object warehouse was built.
		ISO9001:2008 was obtained.
Purchased 3,000㎡ of adjoining land in Sayama. Complete seismic retrofit of Sayama Factory.
		Opened seminar room.
Acquire the RSPO SCC certification.
		Room renovation in sayama lab, at installed the multiple draft chambers.
