Approach of CSR（Corporate Social Responsibility)

Our management philosophy is to contribute to "society" and "environment", value our business partners, local communities and employees, and aim to realize a sustainable society.

1. Compliance
We ensure that all employees are fully aware of taking appropriate actions in compliance with laws and regulations.
We manage customer information appropriately and conduct fair, impartial and appropriate transactions.
With regard to bribery, all employees, both domestically and internationally, are prohibited from providing, offering or promising unauthorized entertainment, gifts, convenience or other financial benefits to customers, purchasers, government agencies, etc.
In addition, if domestic and foreign customers, purchasers, government agencies, etc. request the provision of unfair economic benefits, we will resolutely refuse them.

2. Environment
We will comply with environmental laws and regulations, promote prevention of environmental pollution, reduction of CO2, wastewater, and waste, reuse and recycling, and aim to use sustainable resources and energy.

3. Human rights and labor initiatives
We prohibit discrimination, child labor, forced labor and harassment, recognize the right to association and collective bargaining, respect human rights and do not violate basic human rights.
We will create a safe, secure and hygienic work environment and support the realization of work-life balance (harmony between work and life).

4. Social contributions
As a member of the local community, we will actively participate in community contribution activities and social contribution activities, and value communication with the community and society.

5. Quality
Aiming for a quality-first system to improve customer satisfaction, we will continue to manufacture safe and secure products.

RSPO（Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil)

As part of securing sustainable raw materials, we obtained the RSPO SCC certificate in 2017 and are working to expand our RSPO certified products.
We aim to switch to certified products for all of our products by 2027.
